As production and delivery manager, Matt’s got a lot piled on his plate of responsibilities, but he handles them all with masterful efficiency. His weekly routine at the roastery withstands numerous last-minute surprises, so that it’s never a question as to whether you’ll get your coffee delivered or not—he’s on it. Matt builds on his 10 years of experience in the coffee biz to make each new day a little more orderly.
Like most of the Novo Family, it was “written in the stars” for Matt to become part of the team. After a series of unfulfilling corporate experiences, Matt woke up one morning and it was clear that his soul was craving something else. Goodbye corporate money monster, hello Novo Coffee!
On days when Matt zips around town in the Novo delivery van, you’ll never find him parked illegally (that’s inconsiderate!), but you may catch him shaking his fist at UPS drivers who are parked in the middle of the road like they own the place (that’s annoying!). And if you’re one of those texting while walking across the street types, you can thank Matt for not running over your oblivious bum.
