The Clever Coffee Dripper is a full-immersion brewing technique that eliminates the coffee silt or messy cleanup of a French press. The Clever dripper is a by-the-cup brew method with a unique release valve on the bottom of the brewer. To brew a cup, you simply place a filter in the brewer, add ground coffee, pour water over the coffee and let sit for 2-3 minutes (depending on the grind), and then place the dripper on top of your cup. The cup presses up on the release valve and the coffee begins to drain through the bottom of the dripper into your cup.
