BOQUETE, PANAMA
INTENSE TANGERINE ZEST, PERFUMED FRUIT, FLOWERY WITH JASMINE AND ROSE
This is the prized Esmeralda “non-auction” Geisha coffee which is the world favorite of many professional cuppers. Rachel, Daniel, and Price Peterson have continued to produce one of the world's top coffees. The geisha variety is a very unique and rare coffee that originated in the southwestern area of Ethiopia, not far from the town of Tepi. Somewhere in those wild forests, the original strain still exists. For the moment, this special variety has only been cultivated at this level in the highlands of Panama. |
