A very nice selection from Cristina Garces and one of her family's farms in the Concordia region. The Santa Monica estate produces a very well-balanced coffee, great morning, noon, or night. A large portion of the land on this farm is left forested to protect the water reservoir that supplies water to the town of La Concordia.
